Did some running intervals at sugarhouse this afternoon. 2x2min, 2x4min, 2x,6mins as well as some ski walking, push-ups, sit-ups. prolly got upwards of 1hr 15mins.
I felt pretty good cardiovascularly, I think. this was the first time I've done intervals this training year. It kind of felt like my legs wouldn't carry me as fast as I had expected them to. but it really did feel good to do some hard work. Can't wait to get back into tip-top shape.
