I'm Back and Bloggin

Okay,

It has been a horribly long time since I posted anything. but I am back and that is all that matters. future posts will cover some of the stuff I was up to while I was away but right now. I am just going to say that I am back to serious training. It hit me today that no matter how hard I try my training log doesn't get kept if I leave it to one source. I need a backup, so welcome to my new training log backup. my goal is to post something everyday and at least mention what I did for a workout so that I can keep track of my log if I begin to lapse in writing it in that actual journal. another post will be coming in a few minutes.
