it is so cold

Yesterday I was supposed to go do some distance training on skis up at mtn. dell, but I left my skis at my parents house. I decided to go for an easy run instead. I left my dorm room with what I thought was enough clothes for a long run. I also wanted to do a couple of hours of solid training before I was done. For some reason, I decided to see how far I could run up emmigration canyon in one hour. The run there was great but the run/walk back was not. It was freezing. I will be more prepared next time.
