The single most useful piece of advice I got about being an English major in college was to invest in audiobooks. I remember the advice came from my 10th grade teacher Miss Clark, and somehow it just stuck with me. There is simply too much reading for a person with aspirations of doing anything extra-curricular to get through it all. Audiobooks have helped me find time to do homework while simultaneously accomplishing the necessary mundane tasks of day to day life (commuting, waxing skis, folding socks etc.)
I now own a subscription to audible.com and consider myself an audio-bibliophile.
I'm currently listening to Madame Bovary, but I wanted to share some music today also.
